WARRANTY
Do you offer warranty for your items?
All the product comes with a full one year warranty against manufacturer defects.
It does not include damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse, neglect or other external causes. Buyer pay for the postage on the return item and we pay for all resend postage costs.
If the item defect within 30 days, we will also responsible for the return shipping fee.
Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we're happy to help. Just email or call us directly and we'll take you through the process.
MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
1 year consumer limited voluntary manufacturer's warranty on the main unit and 3 months on all handles, lipo pads and parts.
Products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Gizmo Supply will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost. This warranty does not apply to: (i) cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks and dents; (ii) consumable parts, such as batteries, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (iii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes; (iv) damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of Gizmo Supply; or (v) damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of Gizmo Supply, or (vi) damage to a product that has been connected to power and/or data cables that are not supplied by Gizmo Supply. In addition, Gizmo Supply reserves the right to refuse warranty claims against products or services that are obtained and/or used in contravention of the laws of any country. Vacuum heads that are improperly maintained due to dried up gel and are clogged are not covered under warranty.
THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY ARISING UNDER ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANT-ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL GIZMO SUPPLY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR ANY FINES OR CITATIONS, WHETHER RESULTING FROM THE USE MISUSE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT OR FROM DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Gizmo Supply retains the exclusive right to repair or replace (with a new or newly overhauled replacement product) the device or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion. All return warranty shipping cost is covered by the consumer. All quoted warranty repair time is an estimate, it may take longer due to volume, waiting for parts and etc. SUCH REMEDY SHALL BE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY.
RETURNS
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

Please be reminded that order ID should be included with the return package.
We responsible for the shipping fee to buyer and buyer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
